We cater for groups of all sizes, from 12 to 5,000 people!
Locations:
Rutt's Hawaiian Cafe and Tut's Egyptian Cuisine
serve West LA, Culver City, and Gardena.
Delivery:
Yes, we deliver to most of Southern California.
Delivery fees: $20 for the first 5 miles + $2 per mile after that from any location.

How to Request a Delivery Quote:
- Fill out the Delivery Request Form .
- Receive your quote via email within 24 hours.
- Confirm by making payment if the quote is correct.
- Need changes? Email info@ruttscatering.com, and we’ll revise the quote.
Note: Payment is required only after confirming the order.
Once payment is made, no further changes can be made.
Pick-Up:
Available at all locations.
Orders over $250 come with free thermal bags
to keep food hot and organized.

How to Request a Pick Up Order:
If you'd like to customize your order or need recommendations,
please submit a pickup request through the Pick-Up Request Form .
Purchase Orders:
Yes, we accept POs. Submit a Request Form and
send the PO# before the due date.
Dietary Restrictions (Gluten-Free or Vegan):
We offer individually packed meals for guests with dietary needs.
Please see our menu for options.
Can I Make Substitutions?
Yes! Breakfast and lunch combos allow substitutions.
For example, you can swap:
Kalua Pork → Teriyaki Beef
White Rice → Portuguese Sausage Fried Rice
Portion Sizes:
1 pound = 2 adults
Half Tray = 6 pounds (12 adults)
Full Tray = 12 pounds (24 adults)
All meat is measured before cooking.
Do You Offer Servers?
Yes, we can provide servers for large orders (150+ people).
The server fee is $200 each for up to 2 hours of service.
Do You Offer Chafing Setup?
Yes! If you purchase chafing trays ($15 each), our driver will set up
the food on the wire racks. You keep the trays for future use.
Note: The driver will not light the Sterno;
you’ll be responsible for this step.
Combo Recommendations:
60 people: Order the 36 & 24 combo.
250 people: Order two of the 120 combos.
